Sandra is our fearless leader, whose vision and strategy keep us ahead of the pack. And we can proudly call her an award winner too...She was recently honored with a Silver Stevie at the 2012 Stevie Awards for Women in Business in the "Female Entrepreneur of the Year" category.
I've got two kids in elementary school. My hobbies are on hiatus.
Vice President of Business Development
Tompkins is a nonprofit vet, with a journey that went from the Peace Corps in West Africa to starting a nonprofit and working for GetActive and Convio. At KELL he’s our go-to guy, leading sales and business development and is known for rolling up his sleeves to help solve complex client problems.
I was the bassist in a very short lived punk band named “Pancho and the Pink Flamingos.”
Director of Services
Emily believes that when processes are perfected, quality increases, timelines stick, and both clients and employees can find more joy in what they do. She comes to KELL from the CRM and marketing technology space, with a proven track record of improved KPI’s, engaged teams, and happy clients.
I was born in the car on the way to the hospital.
Director of Business Development
Before KELL, Jen led the sales team at iATS Payments, a leading provider of payment processing and online donation tools for nonprofits. She’s led Salesforce implementations and has experience leading product development. Jen works with some of our largest clients to help them find solutions to their needs.

NPSP Practice Lead
Adam works on some of KELL’s most complex client projects. He is a technical task-master, capable of solving complex problems with ease and has managed and streamlined databases for a national PAC in Seattle and a national nonprofit in Washington, DC. At his last nonprofit, he oversaw the transition to Salesforce with the help of KELL Partners.
I've actually completed every level of Super Mario Bros 2.
I love how nonprofits manage to get so much done with so little. While some are well-funded, most are operating on a shoestring. In many cases it's a small number of people that are getting so much done just because they believe in the organization and its mission. I love helping these organizations!
I’m a total tea addict. There are 20 different kinds in my kitchen on any given day!
Deirdre believes in harnessing the power of Salesforce to help busy organizations achieve big goals. Prior to KELL, she worked for a patient advocacy organization where she used Salesforce to help increase productivity and improve business processes. She helps clients change the world by giving them the tools they need to create plans, implement programs, and measure successes.
If there’s a karaoke machine around, this “JLo” is not afraid to bust a move to some Salt ‘n Pepa “Shoop.”
Solution Architect - Data Lead
Julie never met a data map she couldn’t tame. She's worked with every flavor of Salesforce for nonprofits. Prior to KELL, Julie successfully managed a family services agency’s transition to Salesforce and implemented a complex case management solution. At KELL, she uses her skills and love of data to help other nonprofits leverage Salesforce.

Senior Project Manager
Jitschak believes in great service, particularly in facilitating the invaluable work of nonprofits. He developed his penchant for effectiveness while in business school and at Sungard, and his passion for duty while a Teach For America Corps Member and Technology Director.
I love long road trips, geeking out about economics, playing the guitar, and learning new languages.
Prior to joining KELL, Martin worked in the nonprofit and for profit sectors advocating for socially and environmentally responsible investment as a vehicle for social change. At KELL, he's happy to be helping mission driven nonprofit organization clients scale their efforts and gain deeper insights about how to achieve their missions.
I met my husband at the same place my parents met. And married on the same day dad proposed to mom, 31 years later. Awww
Megan loves the nonprofit world. She has over 15 years of experience working with a variety of NPO’s and a master’s degree in nonprofit management. Prior to joining KELL, she helped begin an international disaster relief and community development organization. At KELL she helps nonprofits utilize Salesforce to maximize efficiency so they can spend more time focusing on their missions and helping more people.
I love dancing. Swing, salsa or two-step - any time there is music playing I want to be out on the dance floor!
Rosalind dreams of sleek, simple business processes and clean, actionable data. Her background in economics has given her an enduring love of charts, graphs and data analysis. Prior to joining KELL, she worked at a nonprofit focused on international affairs where she managed not one, but two Salesforce migration projects. At KELL, she helps clients get the most they can out of Salesforce.
Fun Fact: When I was a child, I was shocked twice. I put a bobby pin in an electrical socket and ran into an electrical dog fence at forehead height.
Nicole is a creative problem solver who loves finding a great solution to a challenge and creating tools to get the job done. Before KELL, she worked at a non-profit university implementing Salesforce platform products, and was known for her innovative ideas and excellent customer service. She believes in streamlining business processes and using technology to make people’s jobs easier.
Fun Fact:As a child, I got to hang out with Mr. T at my grandmother’s house and have polaroid photos taken of me sitting on his shoulders saying, “I pity the fool.”
Sr. Project Manager
Tim is passionate about fostering social good through technology. He joins KELL with than 10+ years of nonprofit business and project management experience and a Master’s degree in nonprofit management. An active member of the Salesforce user community since 2008, Tim derives great satisfaction in transferring his practical and technical Salesforce knowledge to help nonprofits be strategic users of technology.
I love gardening and grow my own vegetables from seed each summer.
Heather's mission is to empower nonprofit organizations with innovative technology and strategic information solutions. She comes to KELL with 20+ years of IT experience, most recently in Higher Education Advancement. At KELL, Heather enjoys leveraging her project management and data skills, and helping clients find the right solution for their unique organization.

Director of Technical Operations
Tomas is passionate about data, business intelligence and systems integration. At KELL, he leads our team of developers and data migration specialists to ensure that our client data is migrated in the best way possible.
Sports fanatic. I love everything from soccer to billiards to ice hockey.
Bobby enjoys designing technical solutions for all kinds of Salesforce projects – especially KELL SmartPacks. With his background in system programming and software architecture, he is able to help our clients find solutions to even the most complex challenges.
Simon has built and developed websites and web-based software for nearly 15 years using many languages, frameworks and technology systems. Most recently, his work has focused on user experience, mobile web and data architecture. Whether creating custom website applications or code-based solutions for complex APEX triggers, Simon is a true web ninja.
Sales and Administration
Most weekends you’ll find me singing, performing and bringing light to other people’s nights here in Austin and surrounding areas.
Amanda is a multi-talented juggler, capable of resolving client questions and solving data challenges without even breaking a sweat. With the knowledge from her MIS and MBA degrees and experience with nonprofits large and small, Amanda helps nonprofit clients develop scalable, efficient solutions for their CRM needs.
I volunteer every year for the Salvation Army Angel Tree Program to distribute gifts.
Sr. Account Executive
Cassandra loves all things Salesforce. Before she joined KELL she spent 7 years working with nonprofit organizations to help them increase their fundraising efforts through successful online fundraising and data management. At KELL, she helps prospective clients find the right donor management solutions.
I am Danish and I like pastries, but not when they are labeled as Danishes.
Office Systems Manager
As KELL's Office Systems Manager, Marc leads our day-to-day IT and infrastructure efforts. With nearly 20 years of experience as a network engineer, Marc’s specialties include technical sales support, network analysis and troubleshooting as well as network topology and protocols.
Chew Quietly! My biggest pet peeve is when people smack their food while eating.
For more than four years, Stephanie has volunteered for nonprofit organizations including Relay for Life and the Oklahoma Regional Food Bank. As KELL Partners’ office manager, she helps the entire team with day-to-day operations. Before joining KELL Partners, Stephanie served as a pre-school teacher.
