We’ve designed our Pardot onboarding services to help you get the most out of your Pardot platform from day one. A typical project consists of the following stages:

  • Kickoff, Configuration and Integration – Your KELL consultant helps you define your goals, timeline and resources needed to implement Pardot. They walk you through Pardot configuration, e-mail deliverability setup, and website integration, as well as integrating with your Salesforce CRM (if applicable).
  • Data Equalization – It’s important that you keep your Pardot records in Synch with your Salesforce CRM so that you can tailor your communications to the right audience at the right time. Your KELL consultant will work with your team to identify the criteria for the records you want initially loaded into Pardot from Salesforce and setup your ongoing synchronization logic between the two systems.
  • Initial Campaign Setup – We help you get up and running with the basics so you can quickly roll out your first drip campaign. Your KELL consultant will work with you to configure campaign elements such as automation and segmentation rules, dynamic and static lists, and your drip program logic.
