When working with clients, my goal is to ensure they're using Salesforce as effectively and efficiently as possible. Salesforce is such a massive platform with many options it can be tempting for organizations to bite off more than they can chew. I enjoy learning about an organization's current processes to find areas for improvement. Sometimes these efforts can be tedious to explore, but it's in these details where I can find options for improvements. This allows me to help my clients focus more on managing their missions and delivering programs and spend less time with administrative tasks.
There are so many problems in our world today, and knowing that I can help play a small role in helping these amazing organizations deliver their programs and work harder to make our world a better place is inspiring.

I always rave about how easy it is to work with everyone – if you have a question on a certain topic, ask anybody – if they don’t know the answer, they'll point you to the right person, or perhaps some documentation or training which might help. What is something you like about the Salesforce technology?
I love the way it's constantly changing – certain aspects remain the same, but there is always a new feature and a new way of accomplishing things more effectively. While it can be daunting at times, there's so much training and documentation available that it's not hard to keep up to speed in your areas of interest.
