I'm a problem solver, a tech fixer, a "tell me what's troubling you and I'll sort it out" kind of guy who likes to listen. I like learning client needs, learning more about how the organization operates, then finding logical solutions. I'm always curious and always seeking to learn new tools, new tricks and different approaches to helping clients solve their problems, it's just my nature and I couldn't have found a better job for me to utilize my skills and passion for helping nonprofits.

I enjoy working with nonprofits because I know I'm indirectly helping our clients make our world a better place, and that makes me feel great knowing I've helped play a small role with so many amazing organizations.

What’s something you like about the Salesforce technology?

You could spend years in Salesforce and think you’ve mastered it, and then find something that blows your mind. I’m never done learning, there’s always something new and a better way to do something I’ve been doing for a long time.
