As our Director of Services, my job is to ensure that we’re consistently doing our best work, and that our best keeps getting better. Whether it’s recruiting top-notch team members with deep nonprofit experience and serious Salesforce chops, or refining our processes to provide more consistent, high-quality results, I’m always focused on improvement. One of my favorite aspects of this job is getting to support all our great services team members in their career development journey.
What’s something you like about the Salesforce technology?
I love that Salesforce can be an affordable basic foundation of constituent relationship management to a small nonprofit, and grow with that nonprofit in complexity and functionality over time. It’s so powerful to be able to commit to a platform, knowing that it’s not going to limit you years later when your organization’s needs have grown exponentially. I also love that Salesforce is radically democratic with their training resources – between the Power of Us Hub and Trailhead, anyone with a passion for learning can take themselves from end user to a Salesforce superhero.
Why do you like working for KELL?
I have never before worked with such a smart, hardworking, collaborative, passionate group of people. The culture of teamwork here at KELL is truly unique, and every individual here contributes to the success of the company. Good ideas are implemented no matter the source. I also love that KELL encourages everyone to stay true to their moral compass.
