I’ve been working with nonprofit organizations for more than 10 years. This experience helps me to understand business needs in the broader context of nonprofit culture and mission focus. And on top of that, I LOVE DATA. I love fixing and manipulating data so my clients don’t have to (but bonus if you do!). I am my happiest when I’m able to take a client’s complex and messy data and find the best way to transform it into an understandable and reportable structure that will help them accomplish their organization’s goals.
What’s something you like about the Salesforce technology?
Salesforce is an ever-evolving technology, which means that working with it is never boring! I learn something new almost every day. One of the most amazing qualities of Salesforce is its approachability. Users with a general understanding of technology and a willingness to learn can become powerful administrators without having to write a line of code. Salesforce has amazing resources like Trailhead, the Success Community, and the Power of Us Hub that make it possible for anyone to learn Salesforce.
Why do you like working for KELL?
It has always been important to me that I am able to go home at the end of the day feeling like I made the world a little bit better, which is why I’ve worked with nonprofit organizations my entire career. The great thing about working at KELL is that I get to work so many great organizations, and I can have a brief but impactful interaction that helps them to further their mission for years to come.
I also absolutely love all of the people on the KELL team. We share a passion for helping nonprofits, and we support one another in our work. While emphasizing the importance of quality services, KELL’s company culture also encourages work/life balance and promotes the importance of family.
