My first career was in healthcare as a medical technologist, as in laboratory work. I became interested in IT with the intention to stop the computer from crashing so often. Eventually, I got into healthcare IT, supporting a suite of revenue cycle applications (registration, patient accounting, and medical records) for major healthcare. Coming from this background, I learned the importance of seamless applications so users can focus on their jobs, whether that job is patient care, providing meals, making sales, or whatever is important to the user.
What’s something you like about the Salesforce technology?
I like Process Builder with Flow. This is a powerful combination that greatly reduces the need to write code so automation can be done in less time.
Why do you like working for KELL?
KELL knows how to handle a virtual team. I always preferred working from home, but before KELL, I sometimes felt isolated. With video communication technology, KELL makes it easy to collaborate with team members. Everyone is so encouraging! KELL also allows me to be both admin and developer when others insisted I make a choice. I’m free to use my imagination and create a solution that works for the client.
