I came to KELL after over a decade in the nonprofit sector, serving in roles at animal protection and social justice organizations. I love marrying technology and process design, and helping clients recreate or improve their existing business processes while they transition into their new or improved Salesforce instance. I bring my compassion for both nonprofit missions and nonprofit staff to my projects, keeping an eye on the impact I can bring to a client’s success in their respective areas of focus while not forgetting how important the day-to-day experience of their staff and volunteers can be to retention and adoption.

What’s something you like about the Salesforce technology?

I am deeply in love the wealth of process automation options the platform delivers. Countless day-to-day tasks that an organization’s staff perform can be accelerated, simplified, or otherwise improved with carefully and skillfully delivered Process Builder processes, Flows, Apex, or Workflow Rules and Actions.

It’s truly humbling to dive in with our clients and learn about their missions, their challenges, and their dreams, and rewarding to help them fulfill those missions, overcome those challenges, and move the needle on achieving those dreams.
