I love getting to know the needs of our clients and finding solutions. Yet I realize our work is more than just solving technical problems. I enjoy building relationships with the organizations we serve and helping them navigate what can be a daunting journey. Implementing a platform like Salesforce can feel overwhelming to some organizations, regardless of their size and budget, so I try to be a calming, trustworthy resource that can help them leverage the technology in a comfortable way.
What’s something you like about the Salesforce technology?
I love the multi-tenancy aspect of Salesforce and how that enables energy efficiency for so many organizations to have an amazing platform at an affordable cost. When I was at Salesforce.com in the early 2000’s, I attended a company meeting with Marc Benioff and I had just seen an inconvenient truth and became inspired to create the sustainability department within Salesforce. While in that role I helped to conduct studies on the energy efficiency of the platform.
Why do you like working for KELL?
Working at KELL is the culmination of everything I’ve always wanted to do. When I was at salesforce I became passionate about the 1-1-1 model and now working at KELL I can actually deliver work that supports the mission of so many nonprofits.
